We reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification (KTP, passport, driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested documents within 7 days. Failure to complete verification may result in Account suspension and withdrawal delays. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility. You must notify us immediately via email or live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. We reserve the right to void bets placed on obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or events already decided at the time of bet placement. Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will generally be voided unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules. All casino games and slots operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently tested for fairness. Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of demonstrable technical malfunction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, judi39 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
We make no warranties or representations regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
